Additional Details on TV Leads
Any TV lead that shows a physical address is considered a valid lead, even if no phone number is listed on it. When the respondent calls, the operator is instructed to read back the information given to them, therefore, we are unable to get credit for leads that may contain incorrect information, this includes a phone number being disconnected but still having a physical address. We will not credit leads with disconnected phone numbers.
Credits for Live Transfers and Voicemail
We have a great system in place to eliminate duplicate leads but in the rare occasion there is an error, we will issue a credit to your account.
Credits for leads will be issued to your account if you meet one of the following criteria:
- You receive the same lead within 30 days
- The person is over the age of 85
Any request for credit must be received within 15 days of the date on the lead.
Credits will not be issued simply because leads cannot be reached. If a direct mail lead has a valid address, it will be considered a valid lead.
All leads will be paid up front. Agents will provide a credit card that will be kept on file.
It is the responsibility of the agent to renew lead orders or set up recurring orders.
